When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you submit a message to us using our contact form then you consent to your email address and contact information being processed for the strict use of handling your query. We will not use this information for any marketing or promotional material. Information submitted via our Contact Form will be sent to an email provider our choice and every effort will be made to ensure this data is stored and processed securely.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter then your name and email address will be shared with MailChimp for the sole purpose of marketing. Alongside MailChimp, we may share your data with WooCommerce, WordPress and it’s third parties for the sole purpose of providing our services to you. We will never sell your data and will never use your data for anything else but Forfeit & Co. services.

We utilise an SSL certificate to ensure that your connection to our site is completely secure. We work with both Stripe and PayPal for our check-out systems, therefore, you can rest assured that security for Forfeit & Co. is taken very seriously.

To ensure that Forfeit & Co. is offering the very best services for our customers, we will utilise data provided by social networking sites and Google Analytics. When required we may need to share your data with our fulfilment company to process your order. We will never sell your data or use it for any other purpose than to provide our service to you.

Apart from our ordering system, everything we do is done manually. This includes moderating comments and writing our content.
