Forfeit & Co. is a small independent company and due to this majority of our products will be made to order. As a result of this, it can take up to 14 working days for your product to be delivered. We will work with our suppliers/distributors to try and get your item shipped to you as soon as possible but please note that at peak/seasonal times delays can occur.

As each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. If the product is defective or has a manufacturing/printing error then we will work with our suppliers to resolve this issue on your behalf. If an item goes missing, we will need to wait at least 20 working days to raise this with our distributors – in most cases, we will attempt to reship your item.

All products that are not made to order will be labelled as such to ensure clarity and for your peace of mind.

Payments

All payments are processed by our two key merchants – PayPal and Stripe. Should you have a query relating to your transaction then please email us at hello@onforfeit.co and we’ll try our best to resolve your query. Forfeit & Co. does not store your payment details, and all payments are carried out securely via HTTPS encryption.

Size Enquiries

As a majority of products are made to order, we cannot accept returns/refunds when the wrong size is ordered. Always refer to the Size Chart on the product page and should you have any further questions, please reach out to us by emailing hello@onforfeit.co and we’ll do our best to try and get back to you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to update these terms of sale at any point. If these terms of sale are revised, we will communicate this change via our social media channels or by contacting our email subscribers.
